- What is an AI credit?
- Credits measure the AI assistant’s work: a quick question uses a few, building a part about 75. They reset at the start of each billing period.
- What if I run out of credits?
- Buy more in Settings → Plan: 2,000 credits for MXN 99, IVA included, charged once. They are used after your plan’s credits and do not expire. Or move to a bigger plan.
- Do AI apps like Claude or ChatGPT use my credits?
- Not while your CAD Studio tab is open: the work runs in your browser, at no cost. On Free that is up to 300 tool calls a month; paid plans have no monthly limit. With no tab open, paid plans can run the work on our cloud kernel, which uses 1 credit per minute it is awake, including the 3 minutes it stays ready after the last call.
- What counts as storage?
- Every saved version of your files, and the Trash until it is emptied. Each file keeps its newest 40 versions plus the ones you named; older ones are removed for you.
- Can I switch plans?
- Yes, any time from Settings → Plan → Manage subscription. Moving up applies right away and charges the difference for the rest of the month; moving down takes effect when the month you paid for ends, and you keep your current plan until then.
- What currency are prices in?
- Mexican pesos, with IVA included. Cards from other countries work too; your bank converts the charge, so the US dollar amounts are approximate.
- How do I cancel?
- In Settings → Plan → Manage subscription, in one click. You are not charged again and keep your plan until the end of the period you paid for.
